Please note added complexities to a character's design (tattoos, armor, patterns) might add to my fee. (I'll let you know if it does and by how much before my initial sketch)

Simple tattoos such as a crescent moon may not apply, but an intricate irezumi will, etc.

I will not make additional changes to your piece after the sale is finished.

Payment is preferred after you approve the sketch, however you can pay for the art after you approve the finished product, just let me know before hand

Payment services: venmo, paypal, paypal invoices, etsy, ko-fi. please specify which service you'd like to use.

For characters with existing references, I'll need:

Link to profile (google drive, toy.house, stash, wiki page etc.) with needed reference pictures

*optional: you can suggest a pose or expression, it helps a lot if I don't have a personality to go off of!

Illustration type: bust-up, Thigh-up, full-body

Completion type: Sketch, Lines w/flats, Rendered

BG type: no/solid, simple

Etc: any details you'd like added or removed, such as requesting a helmet to be off instead of on.

For characters with no references, I'll need:

Description of character's appearance and personality

Compilation of hairstyles, clothing, face shape, etc. will help

Illustration type: bust-up, Thigh-up, full-body

Completion type: Sketch, Lines w/flats, Rendered

BG type: no/solid, simple

(please note this process will cost you extra)

Commissions will be completed from a 1 week to a 3 month period.

If something comes up that prevents me from completing it in 3 months I'll notify you, and if you don't wish to proceed I'll give you a refund.

Most refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, however if you're unsatisfied with the final product, please work with me so we can make sure you get the illustration you'd like.

All artwork created by me is for personal use and cannot be used in merchandise, commercial goods, or advertising unless we agreed otherwise (which is an added fee). The only exception to this is selling characters and their art.

I'm allowed to: use the finished piece in my portfolio, use it as advertisement, as an example of my work for future commissions, as merchandise (only for canon characteres not ocs) and upload it to my social media (watermarked)

I can hold off from posting it until a certain date if it is a surprise for someone.
